Using a brand new state of the art CNC Technologies template maker along with
Turbocad version 12.0 we can match your moulding profiles as close as possible.
We use 3/16" Acrylic composite which is more durable than plexiglas or plastic.
All templates are made according to a 10mm (.394) axial constant system. We can
modify the constant for you if needed. If you would like to know more about the term
"axial constant" please call and we'll be glad to educate you.
You have many choices of ways for us to match your desired profile:
You can:
Send us an actual sample of wood or drawing by mail.
Fax a traced or drawn sketch of the profile.
Scan and email a drawing or tracing.
Send us a drawing in Autocad, Turbocad in any format DXF, DWG, DWF, PDF, JPEG, etc.
Some customers have even sent us pieces of cardboard, tinfoil, veneer, etc. that are
traced to the profile they need.
The most important thing to remember is to include overall dimensions, thickness and
width in order for us to accurately match your profiles. Even if you are changing
dimensions, we need to know what the original dimensions are.
The price for custom made templates is 35.00 for top of profile, 25.00 for side and
bottom templates of a profile.
The price for any templates made from our own profile catalog is 20.00
Shipping is normally made with Priority Mail for 5.00 for any amount of templates.
Express Mail is also provided for a cost of 16.00 and is usually overnight.
